Immerse Group, the company that was launched following last year's closure of Loudwater, has gone into administration.
Details behind the move are currently not available, however PrintWeek has learned that a legal dispute is ongoing as to which insolvency practitioner has been appointed following two apparently separate appointments from each of the two charge holders at the company.
One of the insolvency practitioners appointed confirmed the company "had gone into administration" but it was not clear yet which firm would be appointed.
Immerse was formed less than a year ago following the demise of Loudwater. It was set up by Marc Cox, then non-executive director, but previously managing director of the Milton Keynes-based company.
Immerse Group was formerly known as Peanut Butter Jam, a company which was incorporated in April 2002, and lay dormant until its name-change when it purchased the assets of Loudwater.
